Recently, I had the privilege of leading a full-day workshop for the winners of She’s Next, the first Czech round of a global initiative powered by VISA, which supports the advancement of women-owned small businesses. In Czechia, the initiative is led by VISA, ČSOB, a leading Czech bank, and Ženský byznys (Women’s Business), a platform dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurs.

Our workshop took place in the modern offices of ČSOB. Throughout the day, we applied carefully selected strategy and innovation frameworks, guiding female entrepreneurs through structured steps to help them refine their business ideas, rethink their customer approach, and strengthen their competitive edge.
